OperatorOS provides AI-powered automation solutions for e-commerce businesses, including but not limited to:

  • Customer service automation
  • Order processing and management
  • Inventory tracking and optimization
  • Business process automation
  • Integration with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms
3. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes

4. Payment and Billing

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OperatorOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Georgia.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
