Architecture Design

Agentic systems design across your data, infrastructure, and operating model. We decide what to build before we build anything.

The system, not the tool.

// From the audit

How agents move data across your business, which decisions they are allowed to make, and what gets deployed locally versus used as a service.

Designed from what the audit found, not from a vendor's feature list.

// The design

Four layers, one design.

Each layer is drawn before code ships.

Agents take actions inside your systems. The architecture writes down which ones they take on their own.

Which decisions agents may make.

Plain rules.

Rules your team can read and change, written down in the architecture.

// The plan

What we heard.

System architecture

Component diagrams.

Milestones

Demos and acceptance criteria.

Investment

Transparent pricing.

Launch

The full system, live.

What ships first, and why.

Each milestone ships something your team can use, and each later system builds on the last.

Milestones with working demos

Milestone 2Builds on 1
Milestone 3Builds on 2

Acceptance criteria

// Agreed before the build starts.
Demo runs on stagingMilestone 1

Docs written as it shipsEvery milestone
// Proposal, revision 2

Collaborative proposals

// We expect questions and revisions.
Can the follow-up flow ship before routing?
Revised. The sequence moves, the acceptance criteria stay.

Questions. Answered before the first call.

What does the system run on?

The exact components are picked per project and documented in the plan. Typically Next.js and TypeScript on the interface, a typed service layer with an operational database, and Anthropic, OpenAI, and Retell AI on the AI layer, with n8n for orchestration.

Do we have to build with you after the design?

No. The plan and artifacts are yours regardless of next step. Many clients run consult and build as one continuous engagement because the same team does both.

Design it before you build it.

30 minutes to walk through your current stack and what the architecture would need to cover.
