One operating layer for every business you run.
Tuesday, 7:15 AM. Three inboxes, two calendars, a follow-up for one business
buried under another's launch. The coordination lives in your head. Until it does not.
A founder's Tuesday. Triage, a call, and an evening that closes itself.
Four builds. One layer across every entity. Each one maps to a system. Click through for how it works.
A knowledge base per entity. One question across all. Each business keeps its own documents. You ask once and the answer says which business it came from.
Three things you stop driving. Triage, follow-ups, and the agents themselves.
Inbox and calendar triage.
Tasks extracted from calls, emails, and meetings, with priority and deadline.
Follow-ups that run themselves.
Handoffs and status updates move between your tools without you.
Local agents you control.
On infrastructure you own, with Claude Code enablement so you can extend them.
Built for one founder, not a team. The consult maps every entity. The build lands one layer across all of them.
Map every entity's inbox, calendar, and documents. Decide what one layer should own.
Triage, follow-ups, and a knowledge base per entity, on infrastructure you control.
Live on one entity first, then the rest. Two weeks of tuning.
Claude Code enablement for you or whoever runs ops. Every credential yours.
The commitments do not change by industry.
Every project has a written spec agreed on in discovery. No mid-build scope creep, no overages.
All accounts, all code, all data stay in your environment. If we stop working together, the system keeps running.
If something breaks within 90 days of launch and it is our fault, we fix it at no charge.
Every system ships with a technical runbook, architecture diagram, and user guide.
Questions. Answered before the first call.
Does each business need its own setup?
No. One operating layer sits across all of them. Each entity keeps its own documents and tools; the triage, the follow-ups, and the knowledge base are shared and tagged by entity.
Can someone else run it with me?
No. We build for non-technical operators by default. n8n workflows have a visual dashboard. AI agents have simple configuration interfaces. Full SOPs are included, and the 90-day post-launch support window covers anything that breaks.
What does client-owned infrastructure actually mean?
Everything is provisioned in accounts you own. We get admin access to build, you get full ownership at handoff. If you stop working with us, the system keeps running.
What do we get at handoff?
Full system documentation, architecture diagram, environment variable reference, workflow exports, agent configuration files, a recorded walkthrough, and the 90-day support window.
Not sure which one you are?
30 minutes to walk through your current stack and where AI fits. We will tell you if the right next step is a build, a smaller piece of work, or nothing at all.
