Done paying per seat for things you should own.
The renewal lands: 40 seats, price up again, for a tool that does one thing.
The consult draws the line between what you host and what you rent.
An ops cycle without the handoffs. Signed, onboarded, answered, reported.
Four builds. Infrastructure you own. Each one maps to a system. Click through for how it works.
The consult draws the line. Not everything should be self-hosted. The consult decides what runs on infrastructure you own and what makes sense as a service.
Three places the subscription used to be. Automation, answers, and reporting, on what you own.
Cross-tool automation.
CRM, calendar, billing, and ops wired into one flow you can defend.
Answers from your own docs.
SOPs, contracts, and specs, cited back to the source.
Operator-level reporting.
The numbers you actually look at, surfaced where you decide.
Architecture before code. Written scope before commitment, and a system you own after delivery.
Draw the line: what runs on infrastructure you own, what stays a service. Written scope.
Knowledge layer, agents, and workflows on your hardware. CRM, billing, and calendar wired in.
Live on one ops cycle first. Two weeks of monitoring and tuning.
Runbook, diagram, and every credential in your name. No per-seat line anywhere.
“I'm tired of vendors charging us per-seat for things we should own. We wanted infrastructure, not another subscription. The consult phase drew the line for us. What to host, what to use as a service. The build did the rest.”
Questions. Answered before the first call.
Does owning the infrastructure mean more work for us?
No. We build for non-technical operators by default. n8n workflows have a visual dashboard. AI agents have simple configuration interfaces. Full SOPs are included, and the 90-day post-launch support window covers anything that breaks.
Can you build in our existing tech stack?
Yes. We integrate with your current CRM, calendar, email platform, and storefront. The AI layer goes on top of what you already have. We don't ask you to replace working tools.
What if the scope changes mid-build?
Every project has a written spec agreed on in discovery. We do not expand scope mid-build and do not charge overages. What was scoped is what gets delivered.
What do we get at handoff?
Full system documentation, architecture diagram, environment variable reference, workflow exports, agent configuration files, a recorded walkthrough, and the 90-day support window.
Not sure which one you are?
30 minutes to walk through your current stack and where AI fits. We will tell you if the right next step is a build, a smaller piece of work, or nothing at all.
